【特展理念】

本特展希冀能藉由岩佐嘉親先生的旅行路線，讓其旅行地圖、田野照片與捐贈文物能重新相逢與對話，讓我們再次見證岩佐嘉親先生自1959年起歷經半世紀、縱橫漂泊大洋洲的「島的記憶」，及其物件脈絡所點滴銘記出的「南海樂園」光景。

It is our hope that, with this special exhibition, we can follow the paths of Iwasa Yoshichika’s journeys and have a conversation with him by the guidance of his precious traveling maps, field photographs and collected objects. This exhibition offers us an opportunity to witness Iwasa Yoshichika’s journeys of the South Pacific and to explore his “recollections of islands” a half century ago under the context of material culture.
